Somatic practices can help improve symptoms of chronic pain, aid in nervous system regulation, expand interoceptive capacity, and increase mobility. In this class we will be focusing on movements that aid us sit with grief, process it and release what your body is ready to release. This class is mostly floor-based and suitable for all levels.
This gentle somatic practice focused on the body’s relationship with grief and loss. Through movement and breath, we’ll open the thoracic region to invite release, softness, and grounding.
