Somatic Yoga
Somatic yogaA healing practice that blends gentle movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to gently release stored tension, ground in your body, and restore your energy. Ideal for stress relief, deepen your body and mind connection, and tapping into a calm state.
Classes are offered in both ongoing and themed formats. Themed sessions address specific topics such as somatic yoga for the chakras, somatic yoga for grief, and more rotating each month. Whether you are moving through a season of change or simply returning to yourself, there is a class for you here.

Somatic yoga & the chakra system
Somatic yoga chakra immersionGo deeper with our monthly chakra immersion somatic yoga and dance class. This class incorporates somatic movement, somatic dance, and sound healing in our Sunday gathering.
Each month focuses on a single chakra, and every attendee receives a hand-selected crystal, an oracle card message, a locally handcrafted reiki charged beeswax candle, and chakra supportive nourishment post class to carry the healing beyond the mat. Drums, sound bowls, and tuning forks anchor the experience, helping you be present, release, realign and restore.

Suited for sound healing ceremonies, circle gathering, spiritual retreats, wellness workshops, craft nights, reiki therapy, body work therapy, energy therapy, yoga classes, meditation sessions, breathwork workshops, and more.
The sun room: Up to 18 guests seated. 7 for sound healing and 5 for yoga or movement classes.
The meditation room: Up to 14 guests seated
Both rooms offer a serene environment outfitted with yoga mats, yoga bolsters, yoga cushions, and lightbulbs for light therapy. Sessions are held in a sacred container of compassion, love, and neutrality. You receive what your soul is ready to hear, heal and release. Available in person in Rockville, MD at the Magdalene Healing place or virtual.
What are the Akashic Records and how are they accessed?
Akashic Records is a Sanskrit term meaning ether, space, energetic substance from which life emanates. It is in this space that the universal conciousness can be found.Where all life experiences are registered with all the information and its healing potential. Some know it as the book of life.
Through a sacred prayer that shifts the reader’s conciousness into alignment with the Record’s frequency.
