Somatic practices can help improve symptoms of chronic pain, aid in nervous system regulation, expand interoceptive capacity, and increase mobility. This class will focus on the root chakra. This class is mostly floor-based and suitable for all levels.
What will we do? Meditation, somatic movement and dance to connect with your root chakra. Root chakra tuning forks will be used along with other sound healing instruments.
The movements are focused on security, grounding, belonging, and giving space to fear with love. We will teach the body safety through different types of somatic movements.
